ABOUT US

From our smallholding in the village of Horton cum Studley on the edge of Otmoor we make chorizo, salami and air dried ham. The meat comes from our Oxford Sandy and Black pigs. These amazing, local rare breed pigs provide the key ingredient.

CHORIZO

Sliced or whole, from £30/kg

Made using smoked paprika, fresh garlic, crushed back pepper.

FENNEL AND CHIANTI

Sliced or whole, from £30/kg

Made using dried fennel seeds, Chianti, white pepper, black pepper and garlic

SAUCISSON

Sliced or whole, from £30/kg

Made using fresh garlic, red wine and crushed black pepper.

AIR DRIED HAM

sliced, from £35/kg

Matured for a minimum of 8 months. Cured using juniper berries, garlic, black pepper.
